When a clothing is referred to as water repellent, the fabric with which it is made is waterproof up to a certain point. In other words, our trousers have been treated so that water slides off the surface of the fabrics with which it is made, thereby preventing the exterior of the trousers from absorbing water. So when you are out on coastal land, in a hide, or waiting for ducks to fly by in the rain, not a single raindrop will get through. You’ll stay nice and dry and you can carry on hunting.
